This liqueur is made from an infusion of Femminello lemon peels, a variety known for its thin skin and rich essential oils. The lemons are carefully hand-peeled to ensure only the vibrant yellow part is used, which is then infused in alcohol for about 30 days. This process allows for the extraction of aromatic and coloring substances, resulting in a liqueur with a vibrant yellow hue and a fresh, zesty lemon flavor.
